West Iroquoia Falls is a 20m high, 1.2m wide terraced ribbon falls, whose source is the west side of the Iroquoia Heights Conservation Area. Water collects in a ravine that leads to the top of the falls. It is the third waterfall on the escarpment travelling west on HWY 403, above Princess Falls and East Iroquioa Falls but is usually obscured by leaves on the trees.
